This restaurant is located in the bellagio and entrance is in the casino. Highly recommend reservation. You could request the outdoor patio or a seat next to the windows to watch the bellagio fountains. Oh my gosh if you have not had the tuna pizza, you have not lived! It is so surprisingly good. An absolute must order. We ordered the omakase and overall every dish we loved. After the tuna pizza, the garlic fried rice was the next favorite. **one note- someone came around asking to take pictures. It does cost money.

We came here for dinner tonight as we were staying at The Bellagio. We started with the crispy tofu and the gyoza - both were great. We ordered some Japanese mackerel, and Spanish mackerel, a shrimp tempura roll, a mile high roll, yellowtail sushi and albacore sushi. All of the sushi was very good, although restaurant is pretty noisy which would likely keep me from coming back.

Delicious food and excellent service. They have balcony seating that overlook the Bellagio Fountains. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes. All flavorful and exquisite. Make sure to make a reservation as this place gets packed as the night goes on.

I had the pleasure of dining at Yellowtail this evening, celebrating my friends birthday.We had 7pm reservations for a party of 5 and were seated with a minimal wait, at our table on the terrace. I have had the pleasure of dining here on this day for many years and have always been delighted with the service, memorable menu items, cocktails and of course the stunning view of the fountains. this is the best kept secret in Vegas. The lychee martini recommended by our attentive sever was delicious, only to be outdone by the delicious creations by the chef. the tuna pizza is always a favorite, the chicken was creamy and the sushi is so fresh I think its still swimming. All of the terrace tables are great for the Belligio fountain shows and views of the strip. We will certainly be back to our #1 Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas.

Always a pleasure coming to Yellowtail!! Special love to the whole staff - the food is fantastic, and the people make it even better. This is my top recommendation for dining in Vegas, period.

Beautiful ambiance and view of the fountain, more quiet atmosphere and restaurant. Lighting during the evening is the natural sunlight. Restaurant has great table spacing and good acoustics, so the din of the surrounding conversations isn't overwhelming. The best nigiri was definitely the yellowtail, not surprisingly. The protein roll was fresh with the crab, and sashimi on top was delightful. Braised wagyu short rib was tender and great but I thought maybe it would be interesting with a kick of spice, though savory and great as is. The jeju domi was a genius creation, treating the fish as a piece of meat, seasoning it with a bit of gochujang, salt/pepper, sesame oil, and a tiny bit of onion. Each bite of fish was buttery, fresh, and the perfect pairing with rice. Absolutely loved the ingenious creations!

Get the Grilled Halibut. Its the best in Vegas. Its my go to dish with the amazing creamy and sweet sauce and glaze, mushroom, the side of rice I get to dip into it, its perfect. All the sushi here is smooth and fresh (love the angry salmon roll) Dessert is fantastic and my favorite is the chocolate in a cup which has vanilla ice cream in it and hazelnut chocolate/brownie and a wafer on top with banana foam I ordered a side of mushrooms this time, which were too salty to my taste but they promptly made a new batch lightly salted and fixed it for me. Yellowtail is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and this place is consistently amazing. The gorgeous views of the Bellagio Fountains, ambiance with mood lighting inside, and the stellar service without feeling stuffy is the high standard they have set for me to judge all other restaurants in Vegas by. Our server, Yukiko was the best server we had in our whole trip, very attentive, sweet, and genuine. The manager, Irene, even came by our table to see how the food was, amazing staff top to bottom. Cannot wait to come back!

The service and food were exceptional! Came here for my husband's birthday and he ordered omakase. Each dish was so creative and unique. My mom had the halibut and that was actually my favorite dish. I had two sushi rolls that were fully cooked which was great as well.

The faces I made while eating the food at this restaurant were borderline inappropriate. THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD. The service was also great and the view is cool. Order the sake. YOLO. It's Vegas.
